Nikon updates its line of
DSLRs with the D5200 . Equipped with a
24 megapixel sensor, this
camera has 39 focus points and improvements in video recording.
According to
Engadget, the model hits the shelves in December for 720 British pounds (about 2340 dollars). The camera is a direct evolution of the D5100, which has 11 focus points and a 16.2 megapixel sensor. The body is identical, but the D5200 brings a pair of stereo microphones just above the flash and a port for wireless adapter (WU-1a), compatible with Android and iOS.
The
D5200 also has a revamped interface. With a more elaborate, the promise is to ensure access to functions more quickly and more intuitively. The video recording is done in 1.080pa 60 frames per second.
